The flagship vessel of boutique cruising specialist Aqua Expeditions, represents a new level of luxury in Indonesian waters. Originally constructed in 1968, this extraordinary yacht underwent extensive refurbishments in 2017 before making its debut in Indonesia in late 2019 as a modern expedition yacht.
With a rich history and a reputation for blending luxury with robust performance, Aqua Blu offers a unique cruising experience across the Indonesian archipelago. The yacht is staffed by a dedicated crew of 25, including a cruise director, dive instructor, and knowledgeable guides, ensuring every guest’s needs are met with the highest level of service.
ACCOMODATION
Boasts a remarkable capacity, accommodating up to 32 guests across 15 elegantly designed cabins. On the bridge deck, you’ll find an inter-connecting master suite and a double cabin, perfect for families or groups desiring connected spaces. The forecastle deck similarly offers another inter-connecting master and double cabin, alongside an additional double cabin.
The main deck is home to five cabins, including two double cabins and three twin cabins, providing ample options for different guest arrangements. Meanwhile, the lower deck features three double cabins and two twin cabins, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Each cabin is bathed in natural light, with those on the top three decks offering expansive windows to take in the views, while the lower deck cabins have charming portholes that add to the nautical ambiance.
COMMUNAL SPACE
On the main deck, Aqua Blu offers guests an expansive salon and a separate dining room, both designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Outdoor seating on the aft provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals or simply taking in the views.
The forecastle deck is home to a cozy library and TV room, ideal for quiet moments, as well as the sky lounge bar, where guests can unwind with a drink. This deck also offers additional outdoor dining and seating options on the aft, perfect for alfresco dining.
The bridge deck hosts a spa and Jacuzzi, providing a serene space for rejuvenation, while the sun deck features a large lounge bench and sun loungers, inviting guests to soak up the sun in style.
For those seeking adventure, Aqua Blu is well-equipped with diving and snorkeling gear, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and two zodiacs. Guests also have access to a gym, laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi where available, ensuring a luxurious and convenient stay on board.
